One of the biggest unofficial American holidays is around the corner- the 2025 Super Bowl. Playing is Kansas City Chiefs and the Philedalphia Eagles. Keeping you in mind, I wanted to compile a list of my favorite healthy Super Bowl recipes that will carry you from appetizers all the way to dessert.
Typically on game day, you will find greasy, fried, foods made with no-foods like dairy, meat, corn, and oil. And while that may be fine for others, if you are committed to a healing lifestyle that just won’t do. So instead of feeling left out, or even getting stuck in that trap, make your own healthy party recipes and share them with others!
A lot of these healthy recipes you can prep before game day, saving you time and energy. For example, the veggie platter and fruit platter are super easy to throw together with a dairy-free ranch dip. All that takes is some prep, and a quick recipe in the blender. The Kebabs are another great example of foods you can prep beforehand. This is important if you are low on energy, splitting the work up between two days, if possible, is a great way to conserve it.
All of these recipes are meat-free, low-fat, grain-free, gluten-free, and can be made oil-free, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t seriously good! The cauliflower wings are satisfying where someone might want something meaty, and pack a spicy, creamy punch. The honey ginger lemonade helps with digestion, which is important when you are eating a higher-fat meal, and the coconut water will help balance your blood sugar. The flatbreads provide the perfect canvas for stacking foods of different flavors and munching down on them.
These are healthy football party recipes certified: finger foods make your spread more casual so people can load up with what they want- fruit and veg, higher fat mains like Mac and cheese, or a combination of both! I’ve compiled a large list of recipes so that you can pick and choose which ones will work best for you.
