Vegan Kebabs are perfect for grilling on your barbecue this summer! While these kebabs taste amazing, their healing power is even more incredible! In the picture, they are shown served with my Red Thai Chilli Paste recipe and it’s a bomb combination!
Onions
Onions are highly antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal. Not to mention, they are high in sulfur and as such great for killing off unproductive bacteria in the stomach like strep. Additionally, onions help to heal the neurological system and are excellent for respiratory issues as well.
Cilantro
Cilantro is an incredible herb! It helps to pull heavy metals and detoxify the liver. Furthermore, it is antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-worm, cilantro helps to suppress the level of pathogens in the body.
Parsley
First, parsley can alkalize the entire body. Second, it is a critical pathogen fighter, including viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungus. Third, parsley fights oral issues such as gum disease, tooth decay, and dry mouth. Finally, it pulls herbicides, pesticides, and DDT from the body and boosts the adrenals.
Ginger
As one of the world’s oldest medicinal spices, ginger helps prevent colds, flu, motion sickness, and vertigo. Furthermore, it can help alleviate cramps, nausea, heartburn, migraines, fatigue, and constipation. Ginger is an incredible immune-booster as well as a potent anti-inflammatory.
With all this incredible healing power packed into these delicious vegan kebabs, this is a dish you will be making over and over again.

Notes
Sauce
This Vegan Kebabs recipe pairs brilliantly with my homemade barbecue sauce which you can find in my Chutneys and Sauces Recipe eBook. In fact, every one of the sauces would be incredible with this dish. One of my favorites is the Cilantro-Mint Chutney…it has just the right amount of kick to it.
