Office Policies
Important Office Policies
These Office Policies apply to all appointments, private sessions, laser coaching sessions, packages, communications, and services provided by Muneeza Ahmed and/or Healthy Moon LLC. By booking, purchasing, attending, or participating in any session, package, program, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
No Recording Policy
Recording of any call, Zoom session, private session, laser coaching session, group session, program, or other communication is strictly prohibited unless Healthy Moon LLC provides prior written consent.
This includes audio recording, video recording, screen recording, transcription tools, artificial intelligence note-taking tools, screenshots, or any other method of capturing, saving, distributing, or reproducing the session.
Please take your own notes during your session. Session notes or post-call summaries will not be provided. If you need assistance taking notes, you may invite a trusted friend or family member to attend for the limited purpose of note-taking, provided that person also agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the session and comply with these policies.
New Client and Returning Client Sessions
If you are a new client or if you have not had a session with Muneeza in ten (10) months or more, you must book a sixty-minute session.
For Laser Coaching, if you are a new client or have not had a session with Muneeza in ten (10) months or more, you must book and pay for two consecutive Laser Coaching spots in the same session.
Minor Clients
You understand we will not see a Minor Client (“Minor”) without an authorized parent/guardian present. You agree you are the Parent or Legal Guardian of the Minor, and I authorize the Minor to participate in this session(s) (“Session”) presented by Muneeza and Healthy Moon LLC (“Company”).
Cancellations and Rescheduling
All appointment cancellation and rescheduling requests require at least one (1) week’s advance notice.
If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than one (1) week’s notice, your appointment will be charged in full and forfeited, except in the case of a true emergency as determined by Healthy Moon LLC in its sole discretion.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you cancel within the required notice period, your payment may be refunded, less a ten percent (10%) administrative fee. This administrative fee helps cover the time, preparation, scheduling, and resources associated with managing your appointment.
Thank you for respecting the time, energy, and care that goes into each appointment.
Health History Forms
Health History forms must be completed and submitted at least one (1) week before your appointment.
If your completed Health History form is not received at least one (1) week before your appointment, your appointment may be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your Health History form is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late to your Zoom session, your session will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Office Hours
Our offices are closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Messages, appointment requests, form submissions, and other communications received during office closures will be reviewed during regular office hours.
Client Portal and Communications
Please use the IntakeQ Patient Portal for follow-up communication and direct communication with Muneeza:

Please do not use email, social media, direct messages, or other informal communication channels for session follow-up, private health-related information, or client-specific questions unless otherwise instructed.
Laser Coaching Specific Policies
Laser Coaching sessions are designed to provide focused, time-limited guidance. Because these sessions involve multiple participants and scheduled time blocks, all participants are expected to respect the session structure and the time of others.
Participation and Muting
Please keep yourself on mute unless it is your turn to speak with Muneeza.
No Interruptions
Please do not interrupt another participant’s session. If you have a question, you may place it in the Zoom chat box. Muneeza will do her best to accommodate questions between clients, time permitting. However, submitting a question in the chat does not guarantee that it will be answered during the session.
Participant Communication
1-1 Laser Coaching members may message each other in the Zoom chat box, comment, share thoughts, provide resources, and exchange contact information at their own discretion.
Healthy Moon LLC is not responsible for communications, relationships, advice, services, referrals, or resources exchanged between participants.
Time Limits
Muneeza will set a timer for your allotted time. Please be mindful of the time available for your session.
To make the best use of your time, please answer Muneeza’s questions as directly and clearly as possible. Asking multiple unrelated questions, sharing excessive background information, or interrupting the flow of the session may limit Muneeza’s ability to complete her process within your allotted time.
This is why you are asked to provide detailed questions and relevant information in your form before the session, so Muneeza can prepare in advance and make the best use of your time together.
Private Session Specific Policies
Overtime Charges
If your private session goes over the scheduled time, you will be charged in fifteen-minute increments. The current overtime rate is $100 per fifteen (15) minutes. By continuing beyond the scheduled session time, you agree to pay any applicable overtime charges.
Package Expiration
Three-hour packages must be used within six (6) months of purchase. Six-hour packages must be used within twelve (12) months of purchase. Unused package time expires at the end of the applicable package period and is not refundable.
Package Refunds
Package purchases may be refunded only if requested within three (3) days of purchase and only if no portion of the package has been used, accessed, scheduled, or redeemed.
After three (3) days from purchase, all package sales are final and non-refundable.
Emergencies
Healthy Moon LLC and Muneeza Ahmed do not operate as an emergency medical, mental health, crisis, or urgent care service.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, severe symptoms, suicidal thoughts, thoughts of harming yourself or others, or any situation requiring immediate attention, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, contact your physician, or contact the appropriate licensed healthcare or emergency professional immediately.
Do not wait for a response from Muneeza Ahmed or Healthy Moon LLC in an emergency.
Medical Disclaimer
Muneeza Ahmed, also known as “Muneeza Ahmed, Medical Intuitive,” and Healthy Moon LLC provide information, education, wellness support, intuitive guidance, coaching, and related services for informational and educational purposes only.
Muneeza Ahmed is not a licensed medical doctor, physician, chiropractor, osteopathic physician, naturopathic doctor, registered dietician, licensed nutritionist, pharmacist, nurse, psychologist, psychotherapist, therapist, counselor, or other licensed or registered healthcare professional.
Accordingly, Muneeza Ahmed and Healthy Moon LLC do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, nutritional, nursing, healthcare, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or care.
Nothing provided by Muneeza Ahmed or Healthy Moon LLC, whether during a session, through the website, by email, through the IntakeQ portal, in a program, in a form, in a written response, in a digital product, in a recording, or in any other communication, should be construed as medical advice, healthcare advice, psychological advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, cure, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
Muneeza Ahmed and Healthy Moon LLC do not diagnose, treat, prevent, mitigate, or cure any disease, illness, injury, physical condition, mental health condition, or medical concern. Any information or guidance provided should not be interpreted as a promise of benefits, a claim of cures, or a guarantee of results.
You are encouraged to seek the care of a licensed healthcare professional if you believe such care is required. You should consult with your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before beginning any program, using any product or service, making dietary or lifestyle changes, taking supplements, beginning any form of treatment, or discontinuing, modifying, or delaying any medication, treatment plan, or medical protocol prescribed or recommended by your healthcare provider.
You are solely responsible for your health, wellness, choices, actions, decisions, and results. Your use of any information, guidance, product, service, session, program, or communication from Muneeza Ahmed or Healthy Moon LLC is voluntary and at your own risk.
Muneeza Ahmed and Healthy Moon LLC make no guarantees or warranties regarding the results, outcomes, benefits, safety, effectiveness, or suitability of any information, guidance, product, service, session, or program.
Confidentiality Notice
Communications from Muneeza Ahmed and Healthy Moon LLC, including emails, portal messages, attachments, documents, files, prior email messages, forms, and other communications, may contain confidential information intended only for the recipient.
If you are not the intended recipient or a person responsible for delivering the communication to the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any disclosure, copying, forwarding, distribution, saving, or use of the information contained in or attached to the communication is strictly prohibited.
If you have received a communication in error, please notify us immediately by reply email and delete the original communication and any attachments without saving, copying, or distributing them.
Please understand that while Healthy Moon LLC takes reasonable steps to protect confidentiality, electronic communications may not be fully secure. You should not send highly sensitive, urgent, or emergency information by email.
Client Relationship Notice
If you are not an existing client of Muneeza Ahmed and/or Healthy Moon LLC, do not construe anything in any email, message, website content, social media communication, form, or other communication as creating a client relationship unless there is a specific written statement confirming that a client relationship has been established.
Do not send confidential, sensitive, private, health-related, or personal information to Muneeza Ahmed or Healthy Moon LLC unless you are an existing client or have been expressly instructed to do so through an approved communication channel.
A client relationship is formed only when Healthy Moon LLC expressly accepts you as a client, and you complete any required booking, payment, forms, acknowledgments, and/or agreements.
Acknowledgment
By booking, purchasing, attending, participating in, or using any session, package, program, product, service, communication, or resource provided by Muneeza Ahmed and/or Healthy Moon LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Office Policies.
