Valentine’s Day is also a day for food! We express love and affection for one another by gifting sweet treats, flowers, and presents and sharing special meals together. While it’s easy to get caught up in the hype of this holiday, it’s important to remember the true foundation of love: compassion.

Celebrating a Health-Supportive Valentine’s Day
You can still partake in Valentine’s Day celebrations while living a healing lifestyle; it may just look a little different. That is why I created a Muneeza-approved healthy and romantic menu guide for this year’s holiday!
