2 cups raw macadamia nuts, soaked
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 red bell pepper
1/3 raw onion
1 cloves of raw garlic
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
sea salt to taste
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend at high speed for about 45 – 60 seconds. Pour the cheese out into a jar with an air tight cover. Stores in the fridge for about a week.
