With so many options out there, how to choose the best cleanse for you?
It can be overwhelming when you first decide to embark on a cleanse. There are a lot of options out there and you want to make the most out of the time you spend cleansing.
I often get asked, how do I know what cleanse is best for me?
My answer is the same every time. The best cleanse for you is the cleanse you will actually do!
Sounds simple, I know, but it’s true. Overcommitting is a common pitfall when it comes to cleansing. Most of the time, people get excited and want to dive in head first. However, while it’s wonderful to be excited about a powerful lifestyle change, you want to make sure you are ready for the commitment.
Slow, purposeful changes are ultimately what get you across the finish line.
It is rare that someone will make a successful transition from eating a Standard American Diet (SAD) to going raw and fat-free overnight. Moreover, that is not a healthy way to transition your system. Making lasting lifestyle changes takes time, dedication, perseverance, and a clear goal.
