Garlic Maple Roasted Cauliflower (Fat-Free Version Included)

- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 ½ Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ Tbsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
- ½ Cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp arrowroot powder
- 1 lemon juiced
- ¼ Cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp chipotle (optional)
- salt as needed optional
Fat-Free Version
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 ½ Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ Tbsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
- ½ lemon juiced
- ¼ Cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp chipotle (optional)
- salt as needed (optional - can use dulse flakes instead)
Instructions
- Chop the cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl.
- For whichever version you are making whether the regular one or the fat free one add all the other ingredients into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Roast in the oven at 400 F for 25 minutes.
- Half way through the roasting, pull the tray out and flip the cauliflower.
