The benefits of the ingredients in this Avocado Wasabi sauce are many – ginger stops spasms, is really good for the lungs, while garlic is amazing for immunity and for warding off the flu. Similarly, turmeric is amazing for fighting off bacterial and viral infections of all kinds, and wards off allergic reactions. And horseradish is amazing for pushing out sinus and flu infections.
Basically, this sauce is a real powerhouse – and it comes out super green – a REAL wasabi sauce.
It is a favorite of my husband and I, and we have been enjoying this sauce for over a year. So I finally decided to share it with you all!!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 inch knob horseradish root
- 1 inch knob ginger root
- 2 inch knob turmeric root
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- Sea salt to taste
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Then serve with raw veggies, or on top of steamed or baked potatoes, or in any other creative way you can think of! I have a great Spicy Potato Pea mash recipe, where you can adjust the seasoning of the potatoes to your liking, and use this avocado wasabi sauce to drizzle over the potatoes. I hope you enjoy!
