Make the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie Work for You

Below, I outline some of the ways you can bring in the heavy metal detox smoothie in a way that works for you and your loved ones. For example, did you know you can deconstruct this smoothie into its individual ingredients?

Let’s look at each individual ingredient and explore the options you have to consume them for the miraculous healing benefits they offer.

WILD BLUEBERRIES

These antioxidant superstars, which actually draw metals out from deep within brain tissue, repair scarring and craters left by removed metals in the brain, and improve overall brain function, are typically consumed whole as an ingredient in the heavy metal detox smoothie.

You can enjoy wild blueberries in the following ways:

  • Whole, fresh, or frozen
  • Juiced, either by you at home from fresh or thawed frozen berries or bottled from trusted producers like Wyman’s
  • In powder form from a trusted producer like Vimergy

As an alternative to adding your wild blueberries directly to the heavy metal detox smoothie, you can thaw a bowl of frozen wild blueberries and enjoy it as a delicious snack any time throughout the day, topped with raw honey for an extra healing and flavor boost.

You can enjoy a blended banana and wild blueberry powder pudding or take at least one 2 oz shot of pure wild blueberry juice. If you’re offering wild blueberries to little ones who don’t enjoy the smoothie, these are both great ways to get these amazing berries into their tummies.

SPIRULINA

Spirulina is a miracle worker in the brain and body. This deep blue-green algae repairs the brain so that it can connect more effectively with higher energies, strengthening your intuition and connection to any divine presence with which you are connected. Bring in spirulina in any of the following ways:

BARLEY GRASS JUICE POWDER

Like spirulina, barley grass juice powder reaches into hard-to-access areas of the body to bind onto and safely carry toxic metal particles out through your body’s waste. The sweet, grassy taste of this ingredient brings a delicious brightness to any meal where it’s present.

Bring in barley grass juice powder in any of the following ways:

  • In powder form, either added to the heavy metal detox smoothie or stirred into coconut water. You can also sprinkle this powder over any super sweet fruits like mango or golden kiwi for a tasty treat.
  • In capsule form for easy consumption without any meal prep

ATLANTIC DULSE

Atlantic dulse is amazing for absorbing toxins of all kinds (including radiation) and holding onto them throughout the digestive process to eliminate them as you use the bathroom. Whole dulse leaves or flakes have a mild salty ocean-mineral taste and are very versatile in many recipes.

Enjoy your dulse daily in the following ways:

  • As flakes added to your heavy metal detox smoothie, sprinkled onto your favorite salad, or mashed into steamed potatoes
  • In tincture form, if you need a liquid form to enjoy this healing tool

CILANTRO

Researchers have been aware that cilantro removes heavy metals from the body for decades. Dr. Yoshiaki Omura first documented this finding in medical journals (link here) in 1996 when he found that regular consumption of cilantro reduced mercury deposits in the body. The proof came when Dr. Omura and his team tested patients’ urine and found elevated levels of mercury, showing that this dangerous and highly toxic metal was being extracted from the body and eliminated.

Add cilantro into your daily routine in the following ways:

  • Fresh in the heavy metal detox smoothie or in salads, spring rolls, and other recipes
  • As a tincture (alcohol-free)
  • Juiced

MAKING THE HEAVY METAL DETOX SMOOTHIE WORK FOR YOU

There are endless combinations to get each of the key heavy metal detox ingredients into your daily diet. You can mash spirulina and barley grass juice powder into two bananas in the morning, have cilantro and Atlantic dulse flakes on your lunch salad, and then wild blueberry sorbet for dessert.

Or maybe you’re currently on the mono-eating cleanse, and you need to have your heavy metal detox smoothie ingredients in an easy-to-digest form. In that case, you can stir your spirulina and barley grass juice powder into a glass of orange juice and/or coconut water and then add 2 oz of wild blueberry juice (or two tablespoons of wild blueberry powder) and two dropper fulls of Atlantic dulse tincture and cilantro tincture, stir well, and enjoy these healing ingredients as a nutrient-dense beverage.

In order to receive the maximum healing benefit, it’s ideal to blend all seven ingredients together (the five ingredients above plus bananas and fresh orange juice) and consume the smoothie as your first meal of the day after your morning lemon water and celery juice, but that doesn’t mean you won’t receive the benefits of this powerful tool if you consume the main ingredients in other ways. You can still heal as you find the best ways to make this smoothie work for you and your loved ones!

PRO TIPS

While consuming all of these five ingredients at the same time is the ideal scenario, as long as you consume all five regularly within a 24-hour period of each other, they will still work together to safely remove metals from within your brain, organs, and body.

Anthony William, the creator of the heavy metal detox smoothie, has shared that as long as you bring in three of the five main ingredients you will help to cleanse your body of metals. This is very helpful information if you’re traveling and have limited access to ingredients or if you’re limited in other ways.

You can also enhance the effectiveness of the ingredients if you consume them with coconut water. If you’re on a tight budget and you need to make your supplements last, bring in slightly reduced amounts along with coconut water, which drives nutrients deeper into the body, making them more effective in supporting your health.
