My BEST Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.

I didn’t grow up in the United States; I’m a transplant, but I find this American tradition so charming – especially since it revolves around one of my favorite things: GOOD FOOD!

Why I Love A Vegan Thanksgiving

One of the things I love most about living in the United States is my ability to reinvent myself and determine my own path. While I cherish many aspects of the Middle Eastern cultures I grew up in and the culture I connected with in the United Kingdom before I came to the US with my husband, I treasure the American impulse for self-determination.

There is nothing more American to me than a vegan Thanksgiving. What could be more American than molding a traditional holiday to fit your personal convictions?

With the right recipes, a vegan Thanksgiving spread can be just as satisfying as a traditional one.

A dear friend of mine is an American living in Europe. He cooked a seven-course vegan Thanksgiving meal for his closest German friends—most of whom ate meat—and they LOVED it! Good food is good food.

My BEST Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes

I don’t mean to toot my horn too loudly, but I love good food, and I’m pretty confident these recipes won’t disappoint! These recipes were created for vegans who live a healing lifestyle and are tasty enough for non-vegans to enjoy.

I love that these recipes put a healing spin on familiar flavors and textures so that all of the comfort is there with no problematic ingredients. I hope you enjoy them as much as my family and I do!
