Muneeza’s Spicy Potato Pea Mash
Muneeza AhmedIngredients
- 8 medium potatoes steamed
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 2 Cups cherry tomatoes chopped
- 3 Cups peas thawed
- 3 radishes sliced
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tsp chipotle pepper (use of needed)
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- sea salt to taste (or use dulse flakes)
To Serve
- 1 head butter leaf or romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Once the potatoes are steamed mash them using a potato masher.
- Add all the other ingredients in and mix thoroughly.
- Serve in butter leaf or romaine lettuce leaves.
