The eight essential amino acids found in alfalfa and sunflower sprouts are necessary for bone health by increasing bone strength and density. If you suffer from, or are at an increased risk of osteoporosis, sprouts can strengthen your bones and help you avoid bone fractures and breaks. Because sprouts are also loaded with saponins that have wonderful anti-inflammatory properties, you can heal from pain and aching while enjoying strong joints and bones.
