Do you love bringing the heat with your meals? If yes, then this incredible raw sriracha sauce is for you.
My raw sriracha sauce is super easy to make and is the perfect addition to almost any meal. This goes quickly in my household – with my husband being the biggest offender.
Unlike store-bought brands, my raw sriracha sauce has no hidden harmful ingredients. In fact, it is packed with healing ingredients…literally, every ingredient has incredible healing powers.
Tomatoes
Tomatoes are such a powerful healing food. They contain their own variety of vitamin C that is bioavailable to the liver and lymphatic system. Tomatoes also support the immune system, helping it to remain strong to fight pathogens.
Tomatoes contain fruit acids that help rid sludge from the gallbladder and reduce the size of gallstones, helping to keep the gallbladder healthy. The mineral content in tomatoes is abundant, these can reach the deep inner core of the liver, helping to prevent disease where it commonly begins. Additionally, tomatoes are high in lycopene which is a favorite nutrient of the liver. The liver uses lycopene to prevent cell damage, and to help detox red blood cell safely.
“Tomatoes grow at night, under the moonlight, and the liver also responds to moonlight—when it’s a full moon, the liver tends to work harder at cleaning, filtering, and processing in the wee hours of the morning. When organic or heirloom tomatoes are in the diet, the full moon energy that they collected during their growing cycle works with the liver’s ability to cleanse.”

Zucchini
Zucchini is one of the most mild and easily digestible foods; it is also highly alkaline. Zucchini is packed with vitamins A, C, and B-complex in addition to minerals like iron, zinc, potassium, and manganese. It also helps reduce constipation and bloating because it is high in fiber and low in calories.
Zucchini also helps fight against aging as it has abundant poly-phenolic antioxidants. Additionally, it is rich in potassium which helps normalize blood pressure helping to prevent strokes and heart attacks by maintaining fluid balance.
Furthermore, zucchini contains anti-inflammatory compounds which help conditions such as asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, and fibromyalgia. It is also known to be helpful with other conditions such as hypertension, cataracts, macular degeneration, atherosclerosis, diabetes, edema, and multiple sclerosis.
Bell Peppers
Bell peppers contain six times as much vitamin C as oranges. They also contain a high amount of vitamin A and beta carotene, which help boost the immune system and improve vision.
Bell peppers have also been shown to help prevent blood clots and reduce the risk of heart attacks due to their high content of potassium, fiber, thiamine, beta-carotene, folate, zeaxanthin, and lycopene. Additionally, bell peppers have been show to help lower cholesterol levels and are beneficial to the brain. They have been shown to help strengthen memory and reduce brain fog.
Furthermore, bell peppers are an excellent weight-loss food. They have a high fiber content which helps curb appetite and keep you energized.
Hot Pepper
Hot Peppers are very healing to the body. They are generally high in vitamin C and they help a lot with colds, flus, and bronchitis. They also boost circulation (ever see someone get red in their face after eating a hot pepper?) and helps with the heart as well. Hot peppers can help to create hydrochloric acid in the stomach and can stimulate peristaltic motion of the gut – think, have you ever needed to ‘go’ after eating hot peppers? Hot peppers are also excellent decongestants. They will move mucous out of the lungs, nose and throat with great effectiveness.
Garlic
The addition of garlic, onions, and cilantro to the avocado makes this dish an incredible powerhouse against pathogens. Not to mention, garlic contains impressive antibiotic, anti-fungal, anti-cancer, and anti-viral properties.
“One raw crushed clove of garlic contains the antibiotic equivalent of 100,000 units of penicillin and has been proven to be more effective than both penicillin and tetracycline in suppressing certain types of disease-carrying agents.”

Oranges
Oranges have been dubbed the “perfect food” as they contain many different healing vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients.
“Oranges have been known to help prevent cancer, lower high blood pressure, fight off viral infections, relieve constipation, keep bones and teeth strong, prevent kidney stones and macular degeneration.”
-Anthony William, Life-Changing Foods
They are also beneficial to the digestive tract and help remove toxic build-up from the colon by enhancing peristaltic action.
In addition, oranges are high in glutathione which is critical for liver health and healthy eye and lung function. Furthermore, they are very healing for respiratory and cardiovascular issues.
Best of all, oranges serve as an internal antiseptic as they can purify and strengthen every organ in the body.
Lime
Limes are extremely hydrating and a wonderful source of electrolytes because they are abundant in mineral salts and trace mineral salts. Limes also contain highly absorbable vitamin C and bioactive calcium that our bodies need.
The juice from these little green gems is extremely alkalizing, helping to create an environment where pathogens cannot survive. Furthermore, help purge your organs on toxic substances such as plastics, synthetic chemicals, radiation, and poor food choices.
