Medicinal Ginger Tea

- 1-2 inch piece of fresh, raw ginger
- 2-3 cups filtered water
- Raw honey
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Grate the ginger into the water and let it steep for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Strain the ginger from the water and stir in raw honey and fresh lemon juice.
- You can enjoy this beverage, either hot or cold.
Medicinal ginger tea is both soothing and invigorating – it has a sweet flavor with a slight kick from the ginger. This tea is a year-round favorite. It is wonderful to have warm during the cold weather months, and equally as perfect as a cold tea during warm weather.
