When it’s cold outside, this Chaga Irish Coffee is just the ticket to warm you to the core…and did I mention it has super healing properties?

When it’s cold outside, this Chaga Irish Coffee is just the ticket to warm you to the core…and did I mention it has super healing properties?

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp Chaga powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Add Chaga powder and honey or maple syrup to the boiled water, and blend.
  • Pour into a heatproof glass
  • Gently layer with coconut cream. Using the back of a teaspoon helps create a good layer.
  • Grate a dash of nutmeg over the top to garnish
  • *TIP: ensure the coconut cream is well chilled

While many people classify Chaga as a mushroom, it is technically a pre-mushroom growth. Chaga is a wild food that has numerous health benefits.

There are countless benefits of Chaga.

Chaga is one of the most medicinal tools in the world today. The phytochemicals in Chaga are a cancer-fighting powerhouse! With strong immune system-enhancing nutrients, Chaga has the ability to revitalize your white blood cell count. Furthermore, it strengthens your red blood cells and bone marrow.

The benefits of Chaga are numerous: it boosts immunity, has anti-inflammatory properties, promotes healthy digestion, regulates blood sugar levels, and balances the body’s pH levels.
These all sound like good reasons to start drinking this great beverage!

 

Ingredients

2 tbsp thick coconut cream
1 tsp Chaga powder

*TIP: ensure the coconut cream is well chilled.
