Chaga Irish Coffee

- 2 Tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp Chaga powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Add Chaga powder and honey or maple syrup to the boiled water, and blend.
- Pour into a heatproof glass
- Gently layer with coconut cream. Using the back of a teaspoon helps create a good layer.
- Grate a dash of nutmeg over the top to garnish
- *TIP: ensure the coconut cream is well chilled
