Egg-Free Living: Why Eggs Keep You Sick And How To Break Free

Society undeniably praises eggs as healthy, yet there is another side to the story- a darker one with a more sinister history, one that does not value or protect your health. From a Medical Medium® perspective, eggs feed pathogens in the body that create disease, and in today’s world, where chronic illness is rising, going egg-free can be both preventative and healing.

The Hidden Role of Eggs

Eggs are a primary food that pathogens thrive on- feeding all disease. The connection between them and chronic illness is undeniable. All you have to do is quit them from your diet to see the positive health effects for yourself. If disease prevention is your main concern, then look no further. Eggs are apart of the ‘big 3’ that from a Medical Medium® perspective you are cautioned to avoid: 1. Eggs 2. Dairy 3. Gluten. Of course, there is more you could refrain from if your aim is better health, but at the very least, starting with eggs helps you with a big step forward.

Why It’s Hard to go Egg-Free

Eggs are everywhere and in everything: bread, pastries, pancakes, waffles, sauces, baked goods, noodles, noodle dishes. They are a staple breakfast food that internationally is relied upon to create a filling, nutritious meal.

This is a big part of why quitting a food can feel momentous. Through cultural conditioning we have been taught that eggs are “the perfect health food.” That was until the explosion of pathogen-fueled chronic illness around the world, and the fact that eggs create the perfect conditions for pathogens to thrive in your body. This makes them not worth it.

What was once an ideal food for humans became a nail in the coffin of our health, so to speak, when various pathogens were grown and conditioned to survive off of eggs in medical labs. Here are some snippets of this truth, taken from easily sourced, government websites:

It unfortunately doesn’t matter how virtuous the eggs may be (pasture-raised, GMO feed–free, organic, local, or even from your own coop) pathogens will always thrive where there are eggs in the body. This is due to them being raised in labs and incubated in eggs. Those deadly pathogens, when they escape the labs and find their way into the general population, are primed to survive because we are eating their favorite food. Thus, this source of nutrition takes on a darker hidden purpose.

The Reward of Going Egg-Free

This isn’t a blog to try to tell you how horrible eggs are nutritionally and to stay away from them (though their high fat content is another factor to take into consideration when healing from chronic illness), but only to highlight this: if you want to heal from chronic illness eggs can no longer be apart of your repertoire. This ins’t the egg’s fault, at this point it is just about self-preservation.

If you want to protect yourself from getting sick, or you want to be an example of good health to friends and family, eggs are out the window (metaphorically speaking)! This is about protecting yourself and your family, even though it’s against the tide of so many dynamic belief systems and studies.

You have to find your own why: whether it’s prevention, healing, or long-term vitality. Shift your perspective from “restriction” to “empowerment”  and reframe: it’s not about what you lose, it’s about what your gain- energy, healing, and peace of mind.

Practical Transition Tips

  • Start by reading labels and becoming aware of hidden eggs
  • Replace favorite recipes with alternatives
  • Lean on community and resources (the Medical Medium® community has A LOT of egg-free recipes). Reach out to people in Medical Medium® Facebook groups, Reddit, Telegram, or in my Intuitive Healing Community.
  • Accept that it takes practice, but with time it gets easier
  • Know your “why,” this way when family and friends ask about the change you have thought this through and know what to say

Egg-Free Alternatives and Other Resources

  1. For omelets try using a chickpea batter and fill it up with veggies, or for scrambles use pumfu, a pumpkin seed tofu alternative
  2. For baking use flax eggs, chia eggs, applesauce or banana
  3. For indulgence/comfort: make egg-free pancakes, waffles, and baked goods
  4. Instead of scrambled eggs in the morning, switch to oatmeal, granola, breakfast cookies, potato skillets with vegetables, muffins, cut fruit, smoothies, juice, and other drinks. By focusing on bringing in more foods (maybe ones that you don’t usually have) where you would typically have eggs, and really filling up so you feel satisfied, you will help curb cravings and create positive memories of change. When making a transition like this it is important to eat enough GLUCOSE so that you don’t revert back.
  5. Visit these Medical Medium® resources that lay out the dangers of eating eggs more clearly, Podcast Eggs: Eaters Lose All, and this video: Why Eggs Are Bad For You & Cooking Millet Sushi, and more egg-free recipes from the Medical Medium® website
  6. I have more blogs about transitioning away from the standard American diet that walk you through the mental and physical aspect: Going Dairy Free and Giving Up Your Favorite Foods: Is It Forever?

Over time, as your liver is able to process old remnants of eggs, and as you feel your body heal, cravings will diminish and your “why” will get stronger. Many people find they don’t miss eggs at all.

Reminder: eggs are the number one food Anthony William recommends removing- whether you are sick or not. It is possible, it’s worth it, and you are not alone. I invite you to check out my blog for recipes, the Medical Medium® blog for recipes and encouragement, or to reach out for mindset support during transition.

To your health, happiness, and peace,

Muneeza
