This alcohol-free Wild Blueberry Mocktail blends 8 ounces of wild blueberry juice, 8 ounces of fresh orange juice, a spoonful of raw honey, and 3 to 4 droppers of Vimergy Total Immune Blend (thyme, mullein, and zinc). It comes together in under five minutes with no heat involved, so the tincture keeps its full strength. Serves 1, and works equally well as a festive drink for guests or a comforting one when you’re feeling run down.
Key Takeaways
- This Wild Blueberry Mocktail is made with 8 oz wild blueberry juice, 8 oz fresh orange juice, 1 tbsp raw honey, and 3–4 droppers of Total Immune Blend.
- Use true wild blueberry juice (like Wyman’s), not regular cultivated blueberry juice — the wild variety carries the healing properties.
- The tincture is added cold, at the very end, so it never touches heat and keeps its full potency.
- Alcohol-free by design, since alcohol is taxing on the liver and dehydrating for the body.
- Doubles as a dinner-party drink or a comfort drink when you’re fighting something off.
There are two very different moments when I reach for this drink. One is at a dinner party, when everyone else has a glass of wine and I want something just as (if not way more) special in my own hand.
The other is when I am sick in bed, run-down and low, and I want something comforting that is actually working for me. I wanted something that felt festive enough for a celebration but was also something I could make when someone in my family was coming down with something. This Wild Blueberry Mocktail is exactly that.
It could not be simpler to make. I pour eight ounces of Wyman’s Wild Blueberry Juice into a glass, then eight ounces of freshly squeezed orange juice on top.
I stir in a spoonful of raw honey until it dissolves. To finish, I squeeze in three to four droppers of Total Immune Blend by Vimergy, a blend of thyme, mullein, and zinc. One more stir, and it is ready.

One of the things I love about making this as a cold drink is that the tincture never touches any heat. Total Immune Blend is free from alcohol and preservatives and made from organic herbs, and keeping everything cold means it holds on to all of its healing power. It is one more simple way to make my daily food into medicine.
Why These Healing Ingredients Matter
Wild blueberries are the heart of this drink, and there is nothing else quite like them.
“Wild blueberries are also the most powerful brain food in existence, the most potent prebiotic there is, and a star at helping to restore the liver.”
They also have the highest proportion of antioxidants of any food on the planet, and they are deeply anti-pathogenic, which is exactly the kind of support you want when your immune system is under pressure. Just make sure you are using true wild blueberries, the small dark ones, and not regular cultivated blueberries. The wild variety is in a healing category all its own.
Freshly squeezed orange juice provides highly bioavailable vitamin C, one of the most important tools we have for strengthening the immune system. It also gives quiet support to the liver, which does so much of the behind-the-scenes work of keeping us well.
Raw honey does far more here than sweeten the glass.
“Raw Honey is often referred to as ‘liquid gold’ due to its highly therapeutic antibiotic, antifungal, antiviral, antiseptic, anti-aging and anticancer properties.”
That is why it belongs in a drink like this one, especially on the days you are fighting something off.
And then there is Total Immune Blend, which brings the thyme, mullein, and zinc together in one place. Thyme is one of the strongest antiviral herbs you can keep in your kitchen, and it can even cross the blood-brain barrier.
Mullein is soothing to the lungs and airways and helps move stagnant mucus out of the body. Zinc is one of the minerals the immune system relies on most, and it is one of the first things our bodies burn through when we are fighting something off. I use this same tincture in warm dishes too, like my Herbed Potatoes and my Lemon Artichokes, but in a cold mocktail like this one it really gets to shine.
Why I Keep This Drink Alcohol-Free
There is a reason this recipe is a mocktail and not a cocktail. According to Medical Medium® Information, alcohol is hard on the liver and dehydrating for the entire body. The liver also plays an important role in immune health. If you are making a drink to support your immune system, it makes sense to leave alcohol out.
This is also a lovely drink to serve to guests who are pregnant, healing, or simply not drinking alcohol. It still feels special and festive, without the alcohol.

How to Serve and Customize This Wild Blueberry Mocktail
For gatherings, top it with a splash of sparkling water. A slice of orange or a few frozen wild blueberries make it feel even more special.
If you are making it for a crowd, mix the juices and honey in a pitcher ahead of time, then add the droppers to each glass just before serving, so the tincture goes in fresh.
Whether I am raising a glass with friends or curled up under a blanket, this Wild Blueberry Mocktail is the drink I reach for when I want something that feels like a treat and quietly works like medicine. It has become one of those recipes I come back to again and again because it is simple, delicious, and filled with healing ingredients I love.
