Let’s examine more closely some of the most common vaginal health conditions and what we can do to strengthen our bodies finally.
Most Common Vaginal Health Conditions
Pathogens often cause symptoms near menstruation as the immune system is lowered by 80% at this time. At ovulation your reproductive immune system strengthens to help protect your ovaries, but this means your overall immune system decreases, leaving the rest of your body more vulnerable to infections and conditions.
This is why, close to menstruation and ovulation, pathogens tend to reveal themselves as various vaginal conditions, such as:
- UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections)
- Bladder and Yeast Infections
- Bacterial Vaginosis (BV)
- Reproductive Cysts (uterine, ovarian, vaginal, and cervical)
- Fibroids
- PCOS
- Endometriosis
Underlying Root Cause
Vaginal conditions are caused by pathogens feeding on both toxic hormones that enter the body from outside sources as well as toxic heavy metals. Viruses and toxins work together. A virus in the body consumes toxins and then releases more destructive chemical compounds that denature and injure healthy cells.
The most common troublemaker pathogens affecting a woman’s reproductive cycle are one or more of the over 60 varieties of the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and one or more of the over 30 varieties of Streptococcus bacteria.
The Road to Deeper Healing
Diet makes all the difference! In order to truly heal, the first step is to remove the foods that feed these pathogens, including eggs, dairy, soy, MSG, and some GMO foods like corn. High-fat foods can also be problematic, as the immune system and the reproductive system are completely thwarted when your live and body are clogged with high levels of fat.
