Curry powder is not listed in the ingredients, but then is added to the directions…please clarify and how much of it?
Kathy – I corrected the recipe. Thanks so much for letting me know!
Do the broth and water go in at the same time?
Yes, it does.
I want to make this it looks delicious, is that 3 cups if cooked lentils or dried, I’m guessing its cooked?
No, its three cups of dried lentils. This soup is a batch prep size. It freezes really really well, so you can make extra and freeze for another time.
Ok, thank you.. love all your recipes. I will be making this..
I am so glad you enjoy the recipes. Sending love. XOXO
This soup was amazing! And it taught me that I can sautee onions and garlic in maple syrup!!!!! What a revelation. I feel that alone will transform my cooking. I had 3 guiltless bowls of this in one sitting. Thank you so much! I am a fan. I will check out your other recipes. I have shared this with my friends. I hope they love it as much as I do.
