Heavy Metal Guacamole Recipe
• 1-2 ripe avocados, mashed
• 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
• 1 bunch of scallions, chopped
• Juice from 1 lemon OR 2 limes
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
• Pinch of sea salt
• Pinch of black pepper
• Fresh tomato, chopped (for garnish)
Simply mix all the ingredients together and top with fresh, chopped tomato. Serve on romaine lettuce leaves, or use as a dip with fresh cut veggie or brown rice crackers.
