Easy Slaw: The Recipe You’ve Been Asking For!

You all asked for it…so here’s a great red cabbage slaw salad recipe!
This recipe is from one of my online raw cleanse programs.

So, a few things about cabbage, cabbage is classified as a cruciferous vegetable and offers many wonderful healing benefits. Red cabbage is one of the most powerful vegetables to help reenergize the liver. It can also help to reduce your body fat, and support healing from ringing in the ears.

The vibrant beautiful coloring of red cabbage is a great addition to so many dishes, along with adding a sweet crunch to the meal.

EASY SLAW
Serves 2

4 cups of red cabbage, chopped
1 large carrot, shredded
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon dill
1 lemon, juiced
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
¼ cup hemp seeds for garnish

Assemble the salad:
Firstly, add all the ingredients to a bowl. Then massage the ingredients using clean hands until the garlic, salt, and lemon juice are well incorporated into the salad. Finally, top with ¼ cup hemp seeds.

    However is there a mayonnaise substitute that I associate with slaw and was raised on. Thanx much. Maybe Tahini with something?

  2. This is perfect nourishment for my nervous system tha;k you..
    I have trembling hands, have been on Anthony’s protocols and cleanses for 26 months now, the tremor persists, but so much healing has taken place am thinking of adding msm Chrystal’s, have quadrupled l-lyceine over last 6weeks, no marked improvement on tremor. Appreciate your comment.
