You all asked for it…so here’s a great red cabbage slaw salad recipe!

So, a few things about cabbage, cabbage is classified as a cruciferous vegetable and offers many wonderful healing benefits. Red cabbage is one of the most powerful vegetables to help reenergize the liver. It can also help to reduce your body fat, and support healing from ringing in the ears.
The vibrant beautiful coloring of red cabbage is a great addition to so many dishes, along with adding a sweet crunch to the meal.
EASY SLAW
Serves 2
4 cups of red cabbage, chopped
1 large carrot, shredded
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon dill
1 lemon, juiced
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
¼ cup hemp seeds for garnish
Assemble the salad:
Firstly, add all the ingredients to a bowl. Then massage the ingredients using clean hands until the garlic, salt, and lemon juice are well incorporated into the salad. Finally, top with ¼ cup hemp seeds.

However is there a mayonnaise substitute that I associate with slaw and was raised on. Thanx much. Maybe Tahini with something?
You could try mixing tahini with some lemon or lime juice, minced raw garlic, and raw honey.
