The Core 7 Supplements

The Core 7 Supplements

What are the Core 7 supplements?

The Core 7 are the seven most critical anti-viral supplements. As a practitioner, these are the top supplements I recommend to my clients (from most to least important):

Please don’t stress if you cannot take all of these supplements. The Core 7 is a guideline and is not meant to add pressure to your healing lifestyle.

Whatever you can take is going to be incredibly helpful.

The most important part of any supplementation routine is consistency. Share on X

When you commit to a supplementation routine, focus on what each supplement is doing inside to help your body heal. Make a connection with your supplements. In doing so you have the ability to raise your frequency and, therefore the beneficial effects of your supplements.

Let’s learn more about the individual healing properties of the Core 7.

B12

  • B12 is the most critical of all the supplements. If you are only able to afford one supplement, this is the one I recommend.
  • Provides neurological and immune support.
  • Strengthens the central nervous system (CNS).
  • Protects the nervous system and adrenals.
  • Make sure it has both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
  • The liver relies on B12 to function.

Zinc

  • With enough zinc in your body, no pathogen can attack you.
  • Boosts the immune system.
  • Kills viruses and bugs.
  • Strengthens the thyroid and helps protect the endocrine system.
  • Responsible for ALL chemical functions of the liver.
  • Most people are deficient.
  • Helps to stabilize blood glucose levels.
  • Supports the pancreas and adrenals.
  • Lowers inflammatory reactions.

Micro-C

  • Anti-inflammatory
  • Boosts the immune system against viruses, bacteria, yeast, mold, and other unwanted funguses.
  • Helps build white blood cells.
  • Involved in ALL chemical functions of the liver.
  • Detoxifies the liver.
  • Supports and strengthens adrenal glands and the nervous system.
  • Stops a sluggish liver.
  • Loosens and disperses fat cells.
  • Helps the liver recover from corrosive, stress-related adrenaline.
  • Stops and repairs liver scar tissue.
Muneeza Ahmed

Lemon Balm

  • Calms nerves.
  • Antiviral and antibacterial.
  • Very high in trace minerals.
  • B12 conserving herb.
  • Detoxifies the liver, spleen (lymphatic system), and kidneys.
  • Helps to reduce bladder inflammation.
  • Kills viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens (extremely helpful for streptococcus).
  • Lowers toxic liver heat.
  • Supports the adrenals.
  • Soothes the CNS.
  • Reduces inflammation.
  • Helps regulate insulin production.
Muneeza Ahmed

Cat’s Claw

  • Major destroyer of ALL pathogens: viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi.
  • Reduces Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) and cofactor pathogens such as strep A and strep B.
  • Supports the brain and liver.
  • Very powerful anti-inflammatory.
Muneeza Ahmed

L-Lysine

  • Foundational amino acid – L-Lysine acts like a smokescreen for viruses. The way you would smoke out a wasp nest, take L-Lysine, and the bugs scram.
  • Helps to reduce neurological fatigue as it reduces the swelling of the nervous system.
  • Hinders and stops all herpetic family viruses.
  • Anti-inflammatory for the CNS.
  • Impairs the ability of virus cells to move and reproduce.
  • Enters the liver and acts as a smokescreen to viruses responsible for liver disease and autoimmune disorders.
  • Strengthens the liver’s immune system and aids in liver function.
Muneeza Ahmed

Licorice Root

  • Anti-inflammatory.
  • Especially adept at fighting off herpetic viruses.
  • Diminishes viruses in the liver and brings down toxic liver heat.
  • Calms liver spasms and helps eliminate toxic liver hormones.
  • Supports the endocrine system.
  • Increases Hydrochloric Acid (HCL).
  • Soothes inflamed gallbladder and intestinal lining.
  • Strengthens adrenals and kidneys.
  • Helps balance levels of cortisol.
  • Impairs virus cells from moving and reproducing.

*This supplement should be pulsed because the liver needs a break; it can be too strong for the liver when taken continuously – two weeks on, two weeks off.

Be patient with your body and know that, when fueled properly, you will heal.

To your health & happiness,
Muneeza
