Recovering From Radiation Exposure

In my last blog I shared the dangers of radiation. In this blog I share the solutions and tools for recovering from radiation exposure. You are probably doing a lot more for radiation exposure than you realize. So before you panic, read below. 

Heavy Metal (& Radiation) Detox Smoothie 

Medical Medium identified five ingredients that remove heavy metals from the body – Wild Blueberries, Dulse, Cilantro, Spirulina & Barley Grass Juice Powder. He recommends using these ingredients to prepare the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie.  These five key ingredients also help to remove radiation (both daily and inherited).  The fact that radiation detox is already built into the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie is a great bonus! It is your number one tool for healing radiation exposure! 

To remove radiation faster, increase the ingredients that remove radiation, especially dulse, spirulina and wild blueberries. If you can handle higher doses of spirulina, consume it in  the range of 2-4 TBSP daily (or the equivalent in capsules – 1 tbsp is 6 capsules). Do not start at this dosage. Test yourself at lower dosages first and if you tolerate it well you can slowly build up your daily dosage.  If you find you cannot tolerate it well at higher doses, then just take as much as you can. 

Iodine 

Many people wonder whether Lugols or iodine tablets would be effective in the case radiation exposure from a nuclear disaster. The answer is that if you have no other options for iodine then yes, Lugols and iodine tablets can provide a certain level of support. The best support to protect the thyroid in the event of a nuclear disaster is the Go Nutrients Iodine  recommended by Medical Medium. If you cannot get the Medical Medium recommended iodine where you live, the next best option is Detoxadine by Global Healing Center. I recommend stocking up on these supplements if you are concerned about a nuclear disaster. A good maintenance dose for iodine is 6 drops daily for healing radiation exposure. If you have been exposed you can go up to 6 drops twice a day (for those with sensitivity to iodine, stay with lower doses). 

Another beneficial source of iodine is sea vegetables. Do stock up on all kinds, including kelp, nori, bladderwrack, alaria, sea lettuce or laver. Consume by spreading generously over salads, rice, millet and other foods. 

Anti Radiation Tea 

Anti Radiation Tea (page 245 in the Revised & Expanded Medical Medium book)  is made from four ingredients in equal quantities by volume: 

  • Dandelion leaf 
  • Nettle leaf 
  • Kelp powder 
  • Atlantic Dulse  

You can purchase the items separately and make your own blend, or you can purchase the premade tea from Reclaim Teas. I would also recommend stocking up on Atlantic Dulse tincture by Vimergy. If you have had radiation exposure (for example to radiation from medical procedures) drink 2 cups of this tea every day for 3 months. 

Other than in your heavy metal (& radiation) detox smoothie I would advise you to take extra dulse tincture 4-6 droppers a day if you are concerned about radiation exposure. 

Orgonite & Cloud Busters 

Orgonites are amazing for protection against radiation in your home and during travel. It is best to purchase a pyramid shape and request to have copper running from the bottom to the top of the pyramid. I recommend purchasing your orgonite from the following trusted sources. They all ship worldwide. 

Larger pieces of orgonite will protect larger areas of space. The more orgonite pieces in your home, the better. Also if you have fewer pieces, a larger one is better for protecting a larger area. I highly recommend making your own cloud buster which amplifies the effect of the orgone energy in a smaller pyramid. You are welcome to purchase a cloud buster if you find one that is well made although prices can run up to $1000. 

Making a homemade cloud buster 

This is a solution for people concerned about a nuclear disaster in their area. Of course this can work great for inside a home as well and can be used to amplify orgone energy.

What you need: 

  • Bucket 
  • Sand (any kind of sand will do)
  • Orgonite pyramid (essential that copper runs from the bottom of the pyramid all the way to the top)
  • 4 – 6 foot copper rod 

Putting it together

Place your orgonite pyramid at the bottom of the bucket and place the copper rod on the top of the pyramid. Then cover with sand all the way to the top of the bucket. The purpose of the sand is to hold the rod in place. A cloud buster can amplify the effect of the pyramid and can protect a much wider area.

Benefits of Cloudbusters

Cloudbusters can be made and placed around a whole town or city to protect the entire area from radiation exposure. Cloud busters are super powerful. I have one in my basement where we keep our carry-on luggage. I use copper rods that are 4 feet high indoors and are about 1.5 inches in diameter. Beyond this, you can experiment with the size of the bucket – the taller your copper rod, the deeper the bucket you need and the more sand you need to hold it up. I am sure there are more elegant ways to do this but this is the cheapest and most cost effective way I have found. 

Orgonite is not only helpful for radiation, it is also super helpful to neutralize the harmful frequencies of mold. 

Healing Radiation Exposure with Antioxidants 

This category of supplements and nutrients is critical for reversing the aging effects of radiation.  Radiation causes rapid deterioration of cell tissue and reduces  the vitality of cells exposed to radiation. The following antioxidants are needed to reverse radiation damage. 

  • High dose vitamin C: This is powerful antioxidant that protects against radiation damage and prevents radiation sickness in the event of a nuclear disaster 
  • Glutathione 
  • MSM (Methyl, Sulphonyl-Methane)
  • NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
  • Spirulina 
  • Wild Blueberries 
  • Barley Grass Juice Powder 
  • Chaga
  • Reishi 

Healing radiation exposure with foods 

How to eat to heal long term radiation exposure

Eat more or 100% plant based: The first most important step to limiting the amount of radiation you gain from foods is to go plant based. The reason for this is explained in the Revised & Expanded Medical Medium book  

“…is to eat lower on the food chain whenever possible. At this point, all of our meat, dairy and poultry supplies have high concentrations of radiation. These animals eat large amounts of feed or grass, all of which contain radiation from the nuclear fall out….”  Medical Medium refers to this as the process of “biomagnification” that results in toxic matter accumulating at greater concentrations in creatures higher up on the food chain. 

Liver Rescue 3:6:9 cleanses: These are great to remove all poisons from the liver and especially old hard to remove radiation. This is a critical tool to be relied upon for ongoing cleansing.  

Sea Vegetables 

Sea vegetables are in a category of food all on their own when it comes to healing radiation exposure. 

They are a number one choice to protect your organs and glands from radiation. The miracle of sea vegetables is that they only take in toxins and they don’t release them. Even if you eat seaweed from the dirtiest water, it will never release the pollutants it has absorbed into your body. Seaweeds will mineralize your body and nourish it, but never release the poisons it gathers along the way. 

It is best to choose seaweeds from the Atlantic than the Pacific Ocean. The Pacific Ocean is dirtier than the Atlantic, so Atlantic seaweeds have a greater capacity to absorb toxins. Seaweeds are an excellent source of iodine and protect the thyroid.

List of other foods that reverse radiation exposure
  • Onions, removes radiation exposure  
  • Sweet Potatoes, lycopene draws out radiation 
  • Ginger 
  • Aloe, beta-carotene combined with lignins that remove radiation 
  • Avocado, helps with acute radiation syndrome or radiation sickness 
  • Cherries, remove radiation and myelin nerve damage
  • Cranberries, draw out radiation from your body + amino acids that prevent connective tissue damage 
  • Figs, contain B-vitamins that reduce radiation 
  • Grapes, fight all the Unforgiving Four and expel radiation from the body
  • Kiwi, contain a powerful vitamin C that works with phenolic acid in kiwi seeds to remove radiation 
  • Lemons & Limes 
  • Oranges & Tangerines protect the body from radiation damage 
  • Artichoke, protect from X-rays, cancer treatments, dental treatments 
  • Cruciferous Vegetables, pull out radiation from the thyroid 
  • Dandelion, powerful remover of radiation included in anti-radiation tea. 
  • Nettle, an anti-radiation wild food included in the anti-radiation tea.

Conclusion 

While there is a lot of radiation exposure in our lives and something we often do not pay attention to, there is a lot you are likely already doing to remove radiation from your body. Hopefully this article provides direction and focus and helps you to prepare in case of known radiation exposure.
