Not only does this fun mock-tail warm you, but it also has incredible healing properties.
Wild Blueberry Juice
According to Medical Medium®, wild blueberries are the most powerful food on the planet at this time. This timeless fruit has survived and thrived in every possible condition. They are the number one adaptogen. This powerful fruit can help remove toxic heavy metals, DDT, radiation, pesticides, and other toxins, and it is packed with antioxidants.
“Wild blueberries are also the most powerful brain food in existence, the most potent prebiotic there is, and a star at helping to restore the liver.”
-Anthony William, Medical Medium – Blog
Oranges
Oranges have been dubbed the “perfect food” as they contain many different healing vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients.
“Oranges have been known to help prevent cancer, lower high blood pressure, fight off viral infections, relieve constipation, keep bones and teeth strong, prevent kidney stones and macular degeneration.”
-Anthony William, Life-Changing Foods
They are also beneficial to the digestive tract and help remove toxic build-up from the colon by enhancing peristaltic action.
In addition, oranges are high in glutathione which is critical for liver health and healthy eye and lung function. Furthermore, they are very healing for respiratory and cardiovascular issues.
Best of all, oranges serve as an internal antiseptic as they can purify and strengthen every organ in the body.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon has the highest antioxidant strength of all food sources – far exceeding that of any fruit or vegetable. This potent spice has been known to help shorten the duration of the flu and get rid of congestion and mucus from the body. Additionally, it can help stop yeast infections, candida, and menstrual cramps.
Cinnamon has excellent anti-cancer properties and has been shown to help reduce the growth of leukemia and lymphoma cells within the body.
The smell of cinnamon alone can help make you more alert and focused, as it boosts memory and cognitive function.
Star Anise
Star anise is a powerful medicinal spice with antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties and is particularly good at treating the flu. Its strong expectorant properties give it the power to help remove mucus and congestion from the body. Additionally, the strong sedative properties in star anise make it helpful to take before bed.
This spice is known to help support the female reproductive system and increase a lactating mothers production of breast milk.
