Cleansing is one of the body’s most innate functions to keep it healthy – it is as basic to us as breathing. To protect us from harmful substances that find their way in, our bodies naturally cleanse every day, eliminating wastes through the kidneys, colon, liver, lungs, lymph, and skin.  I want to share some helpful, proven ways and tips to detox your body of harmful toxins. I know you’ve done so much to try and reclaim your health.  I know you’ve tried different methods to heal from chronic illness and exhaustion that has you living in survival mode. 

Where do I start?

Everyday, I get messages about health concerns and symptoms from people who do not understand why or how to help themselves, where to start, what to take, etc…the list goes on.

I want to share 3 important places to start with helping your body begin the detoxing phase, and get your healing started. These action steps are small, but intentional. They work.

  • Celery Juice
  • Cut out the No Eat Foods
  • Supplements

Incorporating these small changes into your daily routine, can make a BIG impact and they are simple steps to ease you into starting to feel better.

Now let’s look at those 3 a little closer.


Celery Juice. This herbal tonic is a powerful warrior for anyone suffering from autoimmune problems, chronic illness, or looking to improve their overall health. By just adding this, you are taking an impactful step toward healing. Start with 16 oz. and if that is too much start smaller. Juice your celery in the morning, and drink it first thing on an empty stomach. After you finish your celery juice, allow 15-20 mins before eating or having another beverage. Allow the celery juice to infiltrate your body fully before adding anything else in.

No Eat Foods. Certain foods feed pathogens and viruses. We need to get rid of those and cleanse them out to begin effectively fighting the problems inside us. By just cutting a few foods from our diet, you’ll see a BIG change. Start by cutting out or limiting dairy, eggs, and canola oil. Supplements. This is a BIG topic, so many options and brands to choose from. So which ones should you start with and what brand is the best.
