- 2 lbs ginger
- 2 lemons, juiced
Garlic Paste
- 2 lbs garlic, peeled (best to buy pre-peeled for expediency)
- 2 lemons, juiced
Instructions
Ginger Paste
- Blend with additional lemon juice if needed, and once the consistency is like a thick sauce, store in an airtight jar.
- It can be used in all forms of cooking where ginger is needed.
