For an incredibly simple, yet tasty and healing Medical Medium approved recipe, try millet and peas.
While millet isn’t a healing food per se, it will not stop your healing or feed your underlying pathogens. Millet is one of the few grains that does not feed pathogens directly or provide a breeding ground for pathogens.
So if you are someone who craves grains, try using millet as a replacement – it’s delicious and so versatile.
Mixing the millet with peas brings this simple dish to a whole new level. Peas are an incredible healing food!
Did you know that peas are incredible for weight loss??!!
YES, you read that correctly, peas actually have the ability to keep hunger at bay and make you feel satiated for extended periods of time. If you are interested in diving deeper into weight loss, I have an incredible Weight Issues Masterclass. This course will help experience a deeper understanding of your body so you can lose or understand your weight and get healthier.
Besides being rich in vitamins and minerals, peas are an excellent source of protein, fiber, and omega-3 fats in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). These properties make peas an ideal food for brain and heart health, while also helping to lower cholesterol levels.
Furthermore, peas are very easy to grow at home in patio planters or your garden. If you don’t have access to fresh peas, frozen are a great alternative.
