These tea blends are delicious and targeted to provide you with specific healing support. Bringing herbal teas into your daily practice can be a very rewarding ritual.

SIMPLE SWEET VIRAL BUSTER TEA – recipe by Miriam Phillips
10 sprigs fresh thyme
1-2 stars of anise
1 tsp raw honey
Steep for 20 minutes. Add honey.
STREP FIGHTER TEA – recipe by Fawn Boyd Vigil
1 tbsp rose hips
1 tsp lemon balm
1-2 tsp hibiscus
2 tbsp cranberries, chopped
Raw honey, to taste
5 drops lemon juice
Steep for 15 minutes. Add raw honey and lemon.
MIGRAINE SUPPORT TEA – recipe by Susan Wolf
2 tsp chamomile
1 tsp ginger, grated
2 tsp chrysanthemum flowers
Steep for 20 minutes.
Note: Chamomile is great for helping general stomach upset and is very soothing.
Ginger is anti-inflammatory, a painkiller and excellent for relieving nausea.
Chrysanthemum flowers are a powerful antihistamine as well as the number one supplement recommended in the book “Medical Medium” for migraines.
SERENITEA AFTER THE STORM! – recipe by Shonah Swaak
1 tbsp nettle
1 tbsp rose hips
1 tbsp chamomile
1 tbsp lavender
1 tbsp rose petals
½ tsp ginger, grated (optional)
2 tbsp orange juice (optional)
Raw honey, to taste
Add 1 quart of just under boiling water. Steep 15 minutes or longer. Cool. Then, add raw honey and orange juice.
Note: The water should be under boiling so that the herbal nutrients are not killed. The tea should be cooled before adding the orange juice and raw honey, so that they remain raw.
FORTEAFY – recipe by Echota Keller
2 tsp mullein
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp rose hips
2 tsp rose petals
2 tsp linden flowers
1” piece of raw ginger
½ lemon or 1 orange, juiced
Raw honey, to taste
Steep herbs in under boiling water with ginger for 15 minutes. Then, add juice and raw honey.
MAGICAL DANDY-MUSHROOM TEA – recipe by Melissa Miele
2 tsp dandelion root
2 tsp hibiscus
½ tsp astragalus
1 tsp Chaga
½ tsp reishi
Raw honey, to taste
Almond milk, to taste
After steeping the herbs in hot water, add the mushroom powders, honey, and almond milk.
Note: Adding additional dandelion will give more of a feeling and taste of coffee.
THE REJUVENESCENCE TEA – recipe by Alexis Shea
1 tsp lemon balm
1 tsp passionflower
1 tsp chamomile
1 tsp lavender
1 tsp raspberry leaf
1 tbsp raw honey
Steep herbs in under boiling water for 15 minutes. Then, add raw honey.
