Za’atar Pita Cassava Crackers
With only a few simple ingredients, you can easily make these za’atar pita cassava crackers in your own kitchen.

Instructions
Mix cassava, baking powder, salt, garlic powder evenly. Then add the oil, tomato paste and water to make a dough.
Use a rolling pin and roll out the dough and score into square or diamond shapes.
Sprinkle the za’atar on top of the rolled out dough and then bake in the oven at 300F for 25 minutes.
