Wooden skewers should be soaked in water for 30 minutes so that they don't burn during cooking time.
Process beans, onion, lemon juice, ginger, cilantro, parsley, chili paste, coconut milk, mint, cauliflower crumbs, and all the spices & salt in a food processor.
Shape each portion into a small round patty. If using skewers, press the mix evenly around the skewer.
Preheat the oven to 175 C (or 350 F) for 10 minutes for kebabs to a golden brown.
Serve it warm with chutney/ ketchup and salad.

Serve it warm with an incredible sauce! An awesome traditional sauce to pair a kebab with is a yogurt mint sauce. A better, dairy-free alternative is my Spicy Cilantro Tahini Sauce.
