Overt Fat Free Hummus
I try to have this overt fat-free hummus on hand, as it makes a delicious snack for any occasion.

chickpeas
(I use Jovial)

zucchini
chopped

limes
juiced

tsp
cumin powder

tsp
coconut aminos

cloves garlic

tsp
paprika powder

water
ice-cold

Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender except the ice cold water. Then start the blend.
Add a tablespoon of ice cold water at a time, until the hummus becomes fluffy and creamy.
The cup of water is an estimate - depending on how moist your chickpeas are you may need less or more. Feel free to use discretion here.
