5ozarugula
2handfulsof sprouts
1bunchcilantro
Fresh basil or preferred herb
8clovesgarlic
¼onion
Cayenne to taste
Curry powder and cumin to taste
1largelemon, juiced
4dates or honey to taste

Instructions
In a food processor combine: spinach, arugala, cilantro, herbs, sprouts, garlic, onion, lemon juice, and spices.
Add asparagus and dates and blend. You can also use honey instead of the dates.
Notes
Sometimes I add tomato to this, but I don’t like this dip too watery so I usually don’t.As a modification, you can add cauliflower and tomatoes and 1 (or 2) sweet components like mango and/or dates or honey at the end instead of asparagus.
