Herbed Potatoes
Crispy air-fried potatoes tossed in a lemon-garlic-herb sauce, with Vimergy's Total Immune Blend stirred in after cooking to help protect the tincture's benefits. My kids ask for these regularly and have no idea there's a healing tincture hiding in the sauce.

- 1 large mixing bowl
- 1 Blender
- 1 Steamer
- 1 Air fryer or oven
- Cutting board, knife, measuring spoons
Ingredients
For the potatoes:
- 2 lbs organic red potatoes
- 1 tbsp organic garlic powder
- 1 tbsp organic onion powder
- 1 tbsp organic dried rosemary
- 2 tsp organic smoked paprika
For the sauce:
- 3 organic lemons juiced
- 4 cloves organic garlic, peeled
- 1 tbsp organic fresh or dried thyme
- 1 tbsp organic fresh or dried oregano
- 4 droppers VIMERGY Total Immune Blend
- sea salt to taste (optional)
Instructions
Potatoes:
- Chop potatoes into halves and steam until just fork-tender.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Toss with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and rosemary.
- Air fry at 350°F for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
Sauce:
- Add lemon juice, garlic, thyme, oregano, and Total Immune Blend to a blender.
- Blend until the herbs are fully incorporated.
- Salt to taste.
To Finish:
- Once the potatoes are done, return them to the bowl, pour the sauce over, and mix together. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Fastest way to juice lemons: peel them, blend whole on high, then strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove the pith. Done in 30 seconds.
- Use organic potatoes when possible. If organic isn't available, peel them. Pesticide residue concentrates in the skin.
- No air fryer? Roast at 400°F / 205°C for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add the sauce after the potatoes come out of the air fryer, not before. This helps preserve the healing properties of the tincture.
