Gluten-free French crepes are an ultra-thin pancake that can be filled as you desire - sweet or savory. I have turned this into a Medical Medium® compliant recipe - none of the harmful ingredients and all of the warm, soft, melt-in-your-mouth flavor.
You can use a ceramic pan, but you may need to use a little oil to cook because it may stick to the pan. In this case, I recommend a very slight (even a few drops of coconut oil).
When cooking, wait until the edges become golden brown, and then they are ready.
