Typically sev is deep fried. Here is a super clean and healthy baked version - snacking sev. You can snack on this as it is, or you can use it as a topping on chaat.
Add the water to the dough little by little, and feel free to add a little more water if the dough is too dry. Make sure your dough is not too wet, though.
Once the dough is formed, you can form it into long strips and bake for 20 minutes at 400 F.
Once baked, you can break the strips up to sprinkle on top of Chaat or on top of a salad. Also great for snacking!
