EASY SLAW

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of red cabbage chopped
  • 1 large carrot shredded
  • 3 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Massage the ingredients using clean hands until the garlic, salt, and lemon juice are well incorporated into the salad. Top with ¼ cup hemp seeds.
