millet

vegetable broth

Instructions
Toast the millet in a skillet for about 3 - 5 minutes, stirring often.
Place the millet and water or vegetable broth in a heavy-bottomed pot and bring to boil.
Once boiling, bring the heat down to a simmer and cook for 18 - 20 minutes or until water is fully absorbed. Turn the heat off.
Let it sit for 5 - 7 minutes with the lid on after it is cooked.
Then fluff with a fork and serve.
