Pasta salad is a summer staple in the states. This pasta salad recipe has plenty of healing foods to accompany the pasta filler.

Ingredients

millett rotini

veggipasta rotini
,
zenB yellow pea pasta
,
chickpea pasta
,
sweet potato glass noodles
½ 5oz
package
arugula
½ 5oz
package
lettuce

cherry tomatoes
½
red onion, thinly sliced (add more to taste)

cuo
parsley, chopped
1
cucumber, thinly sliced
1
avocado, diced (optional - remove if fat-free)
Drizzle of lime juice
Pinch of
sea salt
Drizzle of
raw honey

Instructions
Boil pasta and set aside to cool.
Combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion, parsley, cucumber, and avocado (optional).
Add pasta to the salad ingredients.
