Coconut Garlic Naan
Naan is the most delicious traditional Indian flatbread. This coconut garlic naan is the Medical Medium® friendly version - all the flavor, none of the harmful ingredients.

Instructions
Blend the coconut meat, coconut water, garlic clove, garlic powder and onion powder in the blender.
Pour out on a baking tray or a dehydrator sheet.
Top with scallions, red onions and everything bagel seasoning and salt only if using
Deyhdrate at 105 F for 24 hours or bake at 240 F for 2 hours.
If the naan is still wet, bake or dehydrate a little longer until it has cooked through!
Enjoy as a wrap, or a snack by itself!
