I am talking about sprouts!!

Benefits

Sprouts have wonderful health benefits. Sprouts like alfalfa, clover, or sunflower sprouts are amongst the best ones, as they are such well-rounded, nutritionally packed foods that incredible sources of:

  • Vitamins A, C, D, K, and B-Complex
  • Minerals, including iron, calcium, zinc, magnesium, molybdenum, and silicon
  • Chlorophyll, which is known to flush toxins from the body, nourish the blood, and provide healing to damaged cells and tissues
  • All eight essential amino acids
  • Lecithin
  • Saponins

Adding sprouts to your diet can improve so many aspects of your health. They are one of the best brain foods you can eat, providing an improvement in concentration, focus, memory, and overall neurological health. If you have an important task coming up, need to study, or just find yourself distracted and overwhelmed, eating sprouts can allow you to keep your mind centered and focused.

The eight essential amino acids found in alfalfa and sunflower sprouts are necessary for bone health by increasing bone strength and density. If you suffer from, or are at an increased risk of osteoporosis, sprouts can strengthen your bones and help you avoid bone fractures and breaks. Because sprouts are also loaded with saponins that have wonderful anti-inflammatory properties, you can heal from pain and aching while enjoying strong joints and bones.

Anthony William recommends eating sprouts especially if you suffer from, or seek to avoid the following health ailments:

  • Osteoporosis
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Diverticulitis
  • Colitis
  • Menopausal symptoms
  • Constipation
  • Ulcers
  • Macular degeneration
  • Tooth decay
  • Inflammation
  • Heart disease

Where do you get sprouts?

If you enjoy gardening, you can grow your own sprouts in a sprout growing tray in your own home for an inexpensive and convenient way to add this Medical Medium ® Superfood to your diet! Anthony William suggests spraying them with Ocean Solution Pure mineral solution to give your sprouts even more amazing benefits. Isn’t that incredible?

You can also buy sprouts that are ready to eat at your local health food stores and grocery stores. Sprouts are amazingly versatile, and you can add them to smoothies, salads, and sandwiches.
