Emotional Wellness Coaching
This session usually comprises two parts. I first obtain clarity on what your struggles are whether physical, emotional or energetic and from there, I tune into your emotional landscape. I determine whether we should first start with clearing or start with some coaching around emotional issues. The most important thing to note about this kind of work, is that even though the Emotion and Body Code method are very powerful for clearing energies, the work of shifting your life, really begins in the space of your own life. The energies may clear, but how do you prevent them from becoming re-trapped? This involves changing patterns, thought habits and rewiring the brain to believe that you can achieve the goals you aspire for. You may be given homework or exercises to practice at home and these are designed for you to start changing patterns in your life.
These sessions also include coaching through life struggles as I feel appropriate to your situation. Really there are two parts to healing our patterns of struggle.
If you imagine building a house, the first thing you do is to prep the foundation. The foundation has to be solid. This is what Emotion and Body Code work achieves so elegantly. It clears the foundation.
The second step is to actually build the house and use good materials. This is the part where you apply yourself to establishing the new pattern and working through situations in life where you learn to develop new patterns that are more in alignment with your values.
Many folks will do a series of these sessions, which I highly recommend. You can only delve deeper into healing the body by committing to a program for more than just one session. Often the best results are obtained by continuing sessions for 3-6 months.
Emotion Code with Muneeza changed my life. It saved me… from myself really. I see people differently. I see suffering in others differently. I relate to people on a deeper more authentic level. I can feel, tangibly, the love that flows through me and into me. There were times in the sessions that I wept because the memory and experience revealed was so painful. But I left each session fully encouraged and feeling utterly loved my Muneeza. Muneeza’s compassion and tenderness with my heart and emotional landscape made me feel so safe and so loved. This is a woman that truly knows how to love people well. Words cannot tell you how empowered I feel knowing more about my emotional landscape, taking control of my emotions, owning my triggers but most importantly, empowered to love myself and others more authentically. There are ways emotions code has impacted me and changed me that I’m still figuring out each day. I always felt so.. “heavy” and now I feel lighter and more free. My mindset has shifted and all the negative energy that was hindering my physical healing was lifted and my body was released of so many blocks slowing things down. I truly cannot recommend Emotion Code enough. You will leave each session changed, for the better. Muneeza, I love you, you became my friend in my suffering and you held my hand and walked me “home”.
How the Emotion and Body Code sessions work
In short, the Emotion Code is the simplest, easiest, and fastest method ever devised to find emotional baggage (using muscle testing) and release it, either from yourself or from someone else. Our emotional baggage consists of actual energies, the energies of intense emotional events that we’ve experienced that are still stuck in our physical bodies. These energies distort the normal energy field of the body, creating pain, malfunction, all manner of disease, and even cancer. In addition, these energies (trapped emotions) are the driving force behind PTSD, depression, anxiety, phobias and all manner of mental illnesses. Emotions are E=Energy in Motion.
The Emotion Code was created by Dr. Bradley Nelson and he has also authored the book “The Emotion Code”, which can help you understand more deeply how this process works. Long term coaching: Please enquire by emailing email@example.com. Muneeza has very limited space for long term coaching and clients are selected for this program by application.
Combination: When people work with me over a longer period of time, (3 month, 6 month or 9 month sessions), they are often using their sessions for a combination of medical readings and clearing work. Sometimes we can do both in one session. Sometimes we will only do clearing work in a session and slate an intuitive reading for another. It is really up to you how you wish to use sessions and I can also tune in to see which issues are most important to address in each session first.
