Medicinal Ginger Tea
- 1 – 2 inch piece of fresh, raw ginger
- 2-3 cups of water
- Raw honey
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Grate the ginger into the water and let it steep for 10 to 20 minutes. Strain the ginger from the water and stir in raw honey and fresh lemon juice. You can enjoy this beverage either hot or cold.
